Intake and community support
If you or your family need assistance, please call 604-792-0001 to schedule an appointment with an Intake Worker. The Intake Worker will help ensure you receive the support you need and can provide referrals to other community programs and services.
Please bring the following documents to your appointment:
Photo Identification: Driver’s Licence, BC ID, Health Services Card, or Birth Certificate.
Proof of Address: Rent receipt, lease agreement from the last six months, government-issued mail, or a recent utility bill.
