Emergency shelter and outreach
Emergency shelter is available by referral through the Care and Share Centre or other community agencies. Guests have access to daytime programs and case workers who can assist with more permanent housing, health services, and other supports. Shelter guests receive three meals a day, a hot shower, clean linens, and complimentary toiletries.
House of Hope
Our main shelter has 48 beds available for men and women in need of emergency accommodation.
Brigadier Arthur Cartmell House
This shelter provides 20 beds specifically for women requiring emergency shelter.
Outreach
Our outreach team connects with vulnerable populations in the community to provide support, including assistance with housing, emergency supplies, showers, and laundry. They are ready to help wherever they are needed.
