Shelter Worker (Casual)

Under the direction of the Shelter Operations Manager, the Shelter Worker  is responsible for the intake/discharge, communication, observation and monitoring of clients and routine duties of the shelter. The Shelter Worker may liaise with the Shelters Case Workers to carry out a variety of duties related to supporting clients while at the emergency shelter. This position is team oriented. Position could lead to full-time position.

Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator plans directs, monitors, and coordinates volunteers for multiple programs within The Salvation Army Chilliwack.

Food Recovery Worker/Warehouse Driver 

The applicant will provide oversight to “The Pantry” program while also providing support to all other aspects of the Foodbank including – FoodBank and Food Warehouse programs. Does include driving truck for pick ups and drop offs.
