Serving our community

The Salvation Army in Chilliwack serves the community through two ministry centers: the Chilliwack Community Church and the Care and Share Centre. Through these ministries, we provide a wide range of social services including a Food Bank, Emergency Shelter, Soup Kitchen, and Homeless Outreach programs, and Spiritual Care.

We are proud members of the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Association of Food Banks, and the Chilliwack Ministerial Association, and Chilliwack Healthier Communites. As a registered charity, we offer receipt-granting privileges for income tax purposes. All of our programs and ministries are available to anyone in need, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status, or age.
